Responsibilities
- Serve as a compliance resource for assigned dental practices across multiple states.
- Support OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, infection control, and other regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Conduct compliance reviews and assist offices in preparing for inspections and audits.
- Partner with practice teams to ensure required documentation, training, and regulatory requirements are maintained.
- Coordinate with approved vendors regarding equipment testing, maintenance, and compliance-related services.
- Analyze compliance-related data and support initiatives that improve regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.
- Deliver training and coaching to doctors, office leaders, and clinical team members on compliance and operational best practices.
- Travel to supported practices as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Dental Assistant experience is required
- Lead RDA/EFDA experience is a plus
- Must hold an active Texas RDA license and a valid Radiology certification
- Open to travel as needed
- Knowledge of state-by-state regulations
- Experience with back-office functions, including sterilization, medication ordering, and infection control
- Understanding of Texas Radiation and Dental OSHA regulations, operator training, and scheduling equipment performance evaluations
