Old Settlers Dental is seeking a friendly, motivated, and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Round Rock, TX. Key Responsibilities

  • Present treatment plans and explain recommended procedures, benefits, and financial options to patients
  • Help patients understand insurance coverage, estimated costs, and payment arrangements
  • Coordinate treatment scheduling to maximize patient convenience and office efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with patients through exceptional customer service and communication
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, treatment questions, and office information
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing-related inquiries
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Support front office operations, including scheduling, patient communications, and administrative tasks
  • Create a welcoming and professional first impression for every patient

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience in a Treatment Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling procedures
  • Strong computer skills; experience with dental practice management software preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service mindset with a positive and compassionate approach
  • Experience answering multi-line phone systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
