Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Post insurance payments into dental practice management software
• Submit narrative as requested by insurance companies
• Follow up on denied / outstanding claims
• Send patients’ statements for balances
• Collaborate with our dental team to ensure a seamless billing experience
• Resolve billing discrepancies and issues when necessary
• Assist with coding and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Prior dental insurance billing experience is required
• Familiarity with Open Dental software
• Strong understanding of dental insurance plans and terminology
• Experience with in- and out-of-network insurance plans and entering insurance payments
